Shipping

Feuteu aim to ship all orders within 5 working days. Secondary market works, held by us, are usually despatched immediately. New works from our artists that require printing and finishing or larger items needing professional packing may take longer. However, we promise to keep you updated on the estimated delivery dates for your purchase. Please enquire in advance if you have any questions or require delivery by a specific date or method.

Smaller parcels will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class signed for. Larger parcels are usually sent by courier companies such as DHL. We typically use DHL Express for UK and Worldwide shipping, with all shipments to mainland Europe sent by DHL Economy. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that your address details are accurate when placing your order. Artwork is insured by the seller while in transit. All buyers are deemed to have reviewed our Terms and Conditions, which sets out your rights and responsibilities, prior to placing an order. Import Taxes

Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and taxes set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Intra-EU shipments are not usually subject to import taxes and artworks are often subject to import VAT at a reduced rate. Feuteu will not be able to collect, estimate or calculate these taxes. Check with your local tax authority for more details. Import taxes are collected by the shipping company at the time the package clears customs.
