“While traveling along the Mississippi River, I would sneak into every abandoned house I encountered. I felt like an investigator looking for clues. Every scrap and stain triggered my imagination. Who were these people? Why did they leave? Rather than answer any questions, I hope my pictures send the viewer off on their own daydream down the river.”
